Yes. We operate out of the Seybold Building in downtown Miami — Suite 130, 1st floor. The address and map are above; you are welcome to come in.
Can I come and sell on the spot?
Yes. Submit a request and we will book you a slot with no line. We appraise your gold in front of you and pay cash on the spot.
How do you set the price?
From the market spot on the day of the deal: weight × purity × the current metal price. Condition does not matter. We show you the math.
What is spot?
Spot is the live market price of an ounce of gold right now. It is how the metal is valued worldwide. We pay up to 90% of spot.
How fast and how do you pay?
The day your gold arrives. And on a video call, you'll know the price before you even ship. PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
How do I know I'll actually get paid?
We're a real store in the Seybold Building — come stand at the counter if you like. You can lock in the price on a video call before you ship, your gold is insured the whole way, and if you don't like the offer we send it back free. 25 years in business.
What do your services cost?
Zero. The kit, insured shipping, appraisal, and returns are all free. There are no hidden fees.
Will you beat a competitor offer?
Yes. Show us an official written offer with the weight, purity, and total and we will beat it. Just make sure it is recent.
What do you accept?
Gold of any karat (10k–24k): rings, chains, earrings, bracelets, scrap, coins, bars. Broken or with stones removed — that's fine too.
How safe is shipping?
The kit is insured both ways. Your gold is covered from the moment you ship until payout or return, and you track the package.
What if I do not like the offer?
No obligation. We return your gold free and insured. The choice is entirely yours.
